I had the great pleasure of knowing and working for John Denver in Aspen Colorado during the late 1970s. John inspired me to learn to fly as well as continue with my music. I wrote quite a number of songs then and continue to write today.
In 1980, I moved to grand junction Colorado and bought a 1975 Cessna Skyhawk. I learned to fly in that plane, obtaining my private pilot license, then obtained an instrument rating, became a Commercial pilot, flight instructor, multi-engine flight instructor, multi-engine instrument flight instructor and ATP.
I flew for Continental Express in Houston then migrated to Vermont to fly for Montair, MGC Enterprises and finally, Hill Associates, Inc. of Burlington, Winooski and Colchester. I am type rated in cessna 560 Ultra and Cessna Citation X, ce750. As a private pilot, I began writing songs about the fun and thrill of aviation. I have traveled and performed for audiences in New Jersey, New York, Maryland, Ohio, California, Washington DC, Vermont, Hew Hampshire, Boston, Alaska, Tennessee, Kentucky, Florida, Oshkosh Wisconsin and more.
I have built, owned and operated 3 recording studios.
